START FOR I SEE YOU

START FOR I SEE YOU

February 4, 2015

I SEE YOU… 1, 2, 3… start!

The project started with the kick-off meeting of the I SEE YOU partners, that took place in Graz (Austria), at the beginning of December 2014.

The meeting allowed each partner organization to present its programs, and activities and find common ground in its work with the other partners. At the same time, the partners revisited the project objectives, and activities, and discussed in details the main products and expected results of the project.

Partners also had the chance to debate on youth problems in regards to employment and entrepreneurship, and on the economic and social context of their countries relevant in reaching the project objectives. The meeting was also used to re-commit to the project’s objectives:

  • To promote entrepreneurship education among unemployed youth, especially in countries with a high youth unemployment rate, which will lead to new business creation and employability and ultimately assist them in building a future for themselves.
  • To create a transnational European identity among participating young people to embrace active citizenship and provide a new perspective.
  • To facilitate innovative learning practices in entrepreneurship education by developing and implementing trainings, workshops and other approaches to increase the labour market relevance of young people.
